TIP OF THE WEEK – Eat Responsibly!


When we  are on a healthy living regimen, we often cut back on certain foods or eliminate them completely in order to reach our goals. Whatever route you chose to follow to get to your goal please stick with it! Its very common to see people who are almost at the finish line start to binge on “off-limit” foods and continue on an endless spree of mindless eating.

We often see or hear the words  ” Drink Responsibly” at the end of adverts for alcoholic drinks but its time to place those words on food too! It doesn’t matter what regimen you are on just stay true its boundaries and “Eat Responsibly”… Those treats are in your future!
